Our custom program is run like a specification, not a craft project: placements and thread colors are agreed with you and confirmed on a pre-production sample. What Can Be Customized
- Name and title embroidery. Staff names, credentials and job titles embroidered above the chest pocket — the standard format for embroidered doctor coats and physician coats.
- Department and unit identification. Department names, ward or laboratory identifiers, and color-coded thread to separate services at a glance.
- Logo embroidery. Hospital, university, clinic or company logos on the chest or sleeve, prepared from your artwork; placement and colors are confirmed on the pre-production sample before bulk production.
- Garment specification. Fabric weight, coat length, pocket layout, closure, cuffs and back design built to your pattern under OEM, or adapted from our existing blocks.
- Labels and packaging. Your brand labels, hangtags and polybag or box packaging for private-label and retail programs.
Embroidered White Coats for Programs
The embroidered white coat is the most visible garment in a hospital: it carries the institution's name into every consultation. Standard placement is left chest for the logo and right chest for name and title; sleeve and back placements are available for department or sponsor identification. Thread colors are chosen from the embroidery thread range to suit your brand palette, and the stitched result is confirmed on a pre-production sample before bulk production begins.

How a Custom Order Runs
1. Specification. Send your coat requirements — style, fabric, sizes, embroidery content and placement. We quote within your specification; quotes stay valid for 30 days. 2. Sample. A pre-production sample with your embroidery is made in 7 days for approval. 3. Production. Bulk runs in 35 days on the China lines. 4. Inspection and shipping. AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection, third-party inspection welcome, then shipment by air, sea or express. 5. Reorder. Repeat orders cite your approved sample and specification — sizes, embroidery, thread colors and labels are already agreed. If you want repeat production inspected against the retained approved sample, confirm that in your order terms.
