Flawless White Lab Coat
The Flawless is the white lab coat our institutional program is built around: a classic professional coat in white, cut for daily clinical and laboratory wear and graded from XS to 3XL so a whole department can be issued from one specification. It is the base garment for most of our physician, laboratory and student coat programs — and the coat against which custom orders are sampled.
Design and Fit
The pattern follows the classic professional block: a straight body with room to layer over scrubs or professional clothing, a button front, a notched collar, and a back vent that lets the coat move when the wearer does. The pocket layout is the working standard of the category — a chest pocket for pens and small instruments, and two large patch pockets at the hip sized for notebooks, phones and devices. Sleeves are finished clean so the coat reads as a professional garment in patient-facing settings, not as protective clothing borrowed from a storeroom.
Sizes run across the full XS-3XL range, and size ratios can be mixed within the 50-set minimum to match your staff census.
Fabric and Color
The Flawless is supplied in white — the color listed for this style — in sizes XS to 3XL, at a standard minimum order of 50 sets. Fabric composition and weight are confirmed with your quotation and on the pre-production sample: tell us the laundering cycle and the wearing environment the coat has to serve, and we will propose the fabric specification with the quote, so the specification you approve is the specification that is produced.

Customization
Most Flawless programs add embroidery: the wearer's name and title above the right chest pocket, the institution's logo on the left chest. Your artwork is prepared for embroidery and stitched on the pre-production sample for your approval before bulk production. Private-label programs can add brand labels, hangtags and custom packaging from the same 200-set customization threshold. Ordering and Quality
Ordering runs on the group's standard terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days. A pre-production sample is made in 7 days for approval; bulk production follows in 35 days on the China lines, or on planned large-volume schedules from the Yangon lines. Every shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5/4.0 before dispatch, and third-party inspection by SGS or ITS is accepted on any order. Payment is by credit card, wire transfer or PayPal.
A Note on Reorders
On repeat orders, quote your original order reference so the repeat runs to the same specification. Buyers who need sample-exact repeats commonly ask the factory to retain the approved sample from the first order and inspect repeat production against it — fabric, shade and construction — before dispatch; confirm that arrangement in your order terms.

Can the Flawless be ordered without any customization?
Yes. In standard white, the minimum order is 50 sets, with sizes mixed across XS-3XL in the ratio your program needs.
What does embroidery cost extra?
Embroidery is quoted with your specification — it depends on stitch count and placements. The customization threshold is 200 sets, and the pre-production sample shows the finished embroidery before bulk production.
How are reorders handled?
