Most lab coat suppliers buy fabric on the open market and sew it in a rented workshop. When the fabric lot changes, the coat changes — and the buyer's program absorbs the difference. LabCoatMaker is the institutional label of Fuyi Group, a lab coat manufacturer that owns the chain the coat comes from: spinning, weaving and dyeing in China, garment production on our China lines and at our self-built factory in Yangon, Myanmar. Buyers approve a pre-production sample before bulk production, and can ask in their order terms for that sample to be retained as the reference for repeat orders.

Quality System
Every shipment is inspected against AQL 2.5/4.0 before dispatch, and SGS or ITS third-party inspection is accepted on any order — many buyers make it a standing instruction. The group operates under ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 13485 medical-device quality systems, with OEKO-TEX certified fabric options in the medical range; certificates are available upon request. Buyers commonly ask the factory to retain the approved pre-production sample as the reference standard and to inspect production against its fabric, shade, construction and embroidery; confirm this in your order terms.
