Juliana Long Sleeve Under Scrubs
The Juliana is the full-coverage underscrub: a long sleeve base layer in twelve colors, made for the environments where short sleeves fail — refrigerated operating suites, night wards, imaging departments and winter in unheated clinics. If your staff wear their own thermal layers under their scrubs, this is the product that brings that layer into the uniform, in program colors, at program sizes.
Design and Fit
Full-length sleeves finish at the wrist and stay there; the body is cut close enough to layer under a scrub top without bunching at the elbow or shoulder when the wearer reaches and lifts. The length is deliberate — long enough to remain tucked through a physical shift. As a supplier style, the Juliana is a program staple rather than a seasonal design: the same pattern and palette, reorder after reorder.
Colors and Sizes
Twelve colors: rubber red, yellow-green, brick red, brilliant purple, dark brown, khaki, grey, blue, hunter green, black, ceil blue and red. It is the widest earth-and-clinical palette in our underscrub range, chosen for layering under colored scrub programs — the sleeve and neckline are what show, so the palette is weighted toward shades that sit quietly under navy, ceil, hunter and wine tops. Sizes run XS to XXL.

Fabric
The Juliana is knitted in the underscrub range's four-line stretch fabric system — viscose, rayon, regenerated-fiber and nylon knits from 160 to 280 GSM. Long-sleeve programs usually standardize on the middle and heavier lines for warmth; the choice is fixed at sampling and cited on reorders, and our fabric comparison sets out how the four lines behave. The full range is on the underscrubs page.
Ordering
Terms for this style: 100-set minimum, sizes and colors mixed to your issue ratios, samples in 7 days (regular sample free of charge, freight on the buyer), lead times of 14 days for trial orders, 21 days for small orders and 35 days for bulk from the China lines, and AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection on every shipment.
Cold-Environment Programs
The Juliana is most often standardized by facilities with a thermal problem to solve: refrigerated suites, imaging departments, older buildings in cold climates, and night teams whose wards cool down while the work does not. In those programs the underscrub stops being an accessory and becomes part of the thermal uniform — issued in multiples, sized with the same census as the scrubs, and replaced on the garment cycle rather than bought privately by staff. A single program layer also ends the quiet non-compliance of personal thermals in non-uniform colors appearing under scrub tops: the Juliana's twelve program colors exist precisely so the warm layer can be an official one.
Questions Buyers Ask
Why choose the Juliana over the other long-sleeve styles?
Palette and purpose: twelve layering colors and a full-coverage brief. Programs in cold environments standardize on it; programs wanting fifteen colors up to 3XL choose the Best Underscrubs style.
Can the sleeves carry a department mark?
Logo and graphic customization are available from 200 sets on most products; placement is agreed at sampling.
Are the sizes the same as our coat sizes?
Juliana runs XS-XXL. Size runs differ by garment, so check each item's product page when building a program.
