Medical Leg Compression Socks

The Medical Leg is the clinical-palette partner to our nurse sock: eight colors that include the whites and pinks care settings ask for, sizes S to XL, and the same three-blend fabric program underneath. It is the style hospitals and care groups standardize on when socks are issued with the uniform rather than bought by staff themselves — a small garment with an outsized effect on how a shift feels by hour ten.

Colors and Sizes

Eight colors: khaki, grey, blue, coffee, pink, white, black and navy. White and pink extend the range into the palettes of care homes, dental and pediatric settings, where the six-color nurse palette stops short. Sizes run S, M, L and XL against standard shoe-size grading — issuing simply follows each wearer's shoe size.

Fabric Blends

Like the nurse style, the Medical Leg is knitted across the range's three blends: Emsley (65% nylon / 15% polyester / 20% spandex), the firm standard; Feather (20% combed cotton / 40% nylon / 15% spandex / 25% polyester), the cotton-touch option; and Versatilis, the balanced nylon-cotton blend. Programs choose one blend at sampling, and the blend name becomes part of the order specification cited on reorders.

Construction

The sock is knitted to stay at the knee without binding, to keep its leg profile through the working day, and to come out of institutional laundering holding its shape — the spandex recovery in all three blends is specified for exactly that cycle. A smooth toe and a clean cuff finish keep the garment comfortable inside the work shoes staff actually wear, from trainers to clogs.

Ordering

Order with a nurse uniform program or as a standalone line; the terms are the same. Minimums are confirmed at quotation, colors and sizes mixed freely, standard lead times (trial 14 days, small orders 21 days, bulk 35 days from the China lines), AQL-inspected dispatch by land, sea, air or express. The program view — including how socks anchor reorder cycles — is on the compression socks category page.

Issuing in Care Settings

In care homes and clinics, this style is typically issued rather than sold: sized from staff shoe sizes, drawn from a small buffer stock, and replaced on the accessory cycle. The white and pink shades exist for settings whose dress code predates the navy-and-black era of clinical uniforms — matching them keeps a long-standing house appearance intact while the garment underneath is modernized. Because the style shares blends and sizing with the nurse sock, a group running both hospital and care sites can run both sock styles across the estate, with palette as the only variable.

Questions Buyers Ask

What is the difference between this and the Compression Socks for Nurse style?

Palette: this style offers eight colors including white and pink for clinical and care settings; the nurse style offers six. Sizing, blends and construction are shared.

Can a program mix both sock styles?

Yes — they share blends and sizing, and are often issued together across different departments.

Is there a minimum per color?

The minimum is per style and is confirmed at quotation; colors and sizes mix within it.
